The Impact Factory is a social impact incubator that provides young adults the opportunity to explore social entrepreneurship and charitable action through projects that connect their personal skills and interests with community needs.
Impact Factory Residents and Fellows are able to build their resume with meaningful experiences that demonstrate leadership and civic engagement. Past participants have founded nonprofits and clubs, and others have raised thousands of dollars for local causes.
What will you forge in the Factory?
Impact Factory Fellows utilize their technical skills to provide pro bono and low-cost services to local nonprofit clients and build a portfolio of successful deliverables.
Whether you're building an organization or putting on an event, Residents are provided resources to make those ideas a reality.
Residents are given a temporary 501(c)3 status that allows them to receive tax-deductible financial contributions.
Impact Factory projects are introduced to our existing funder network to further invest in young philanthropy.
Each Resident is matched with a mentor who guides them through their project milestones and maximize their impact.
Residents and Fellows often showcase their projects at various conferences and conventions.
Residents are provided bank accounts where they have full authority to make withdrawals and deposits to fulfill their project needs.
Residents and Fellows are in constant contact with other civic leaders who are making a difference.
