Impact Factory Residency
Have a cause, need a solution?
The Residency helps young people create social impact projects and organizations. Residents are in the program for one year and receive comprehensive support for their Initiative including a 501(c)3 status, mentorship, and other administrative resources to develop their ideas into sustainable solutions.

Impact Factory Fellowship
Have skills, need a cause?
The Fellowship connects high school students and young adults with nonprofits to provide pro bono services. Fellow are deployed to an organization that has a specific need that aligns with the Fellow's background and technical experience.

Residents follow our structured curriculum with four strategic checkpoints: Research & Planning, Operations & Strategy, Implementation, and Evaluation & Growth.

Provide software development and website design services to nonprofits who need digital infrastructure but lack technical resources.

• Currently in workforce with career experience
• College degree preferred but not required
• Able to pass background check
