The Impact Factory Experience

Each resident:

Is paired with a mentor who volunteers their time to elevate the projects they work with
Is provided a bank account and 501(c)3 status via fiscal sponsorship to fully operate like a nonprofit
Is given the independence and agency to design the project strategy and outline the project budget
Is empowered to spin-off from the Impact Factory and become their own sustainable entity
