Once there was not only dirty streets but slums.  Now because of Lourdes
Areana ad her many helpers, she has built a library, a culture center
and a 36 piece orchestra.

Kids from these poor families have been given HOPE and a new life to
consider; part of their journey will be to Texas in the fall on a bus
to visit three cities Laredo, Lubbock and Irving. The students in poverty will have new choices as they consider what to
do with their lives.

The TEC students for the first time realize that WHATEVER they do to
help these kids, will be part of the LIFE CHANGING PLAN.  A reminder:
We can all be part of the PLAN.
