Our Mission
Philanthropy Kids is dedicated to celebrating and inspiring philanthropy in youth.
Our Vision
Philanthropy Kids wants to enable young philanthropists to realize their strengths and grow into leaders driven by service.
Philanthropy Kids is an 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that is dedicated to celebrating and inspiring philanthropy in youth. Philanthropy Kids undertakes many different projects to fulfill its mission. We hope to foster a culture of service in kids while they are young, so they can grow up to be the philanthropic leaders of tomorrow.
Our projects like Philanthropy Kids magazine are all about sharing stories of kids doing good deeds in their community and hoping that inspires our readers to get more involved in community service. Anyone under 21 years old can submit a story to our magazine. We look for service of all types from big projects to small acts of kindness.
Our PAVE program is an 8-week course that is designed to teach students about volunteerism and the philanthropic sector. Kids leave with the skills necessary to start their own service projects and organizations. Some of our alumni have gone on to create their own 501(c)3 nonprofits and have credited PAVE for giving them the tools needed to get it off the ground.
